Job Summary

This part-time position (40%) within the Personnel and Organization department of the Radolfzell City Administration offers a diverse mix of administrative and safety-related responsibilities. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will support the city-wide implementation of occupational safety training software and collaborate closely with safety specialists to organize site inspections. Beyond safety, the role handles essential HR administrative tasks including travel expense accounting, vacation calculations, and the management of the electronic time-tracking system. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Management Assistant in Public Administration (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r) or a comparable commercial/administrative qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in organizing inspections or safety-related documentation
  • Proven track record in handling payroll-related calculations such as travel expenses and leave entitlements
  • Experience working with electronic time management and office software
