As a Junior Solution Specialist for the SaaS platform OGS Connect, you will serve as a vital bridge between social sector clients and the internal software development team. Your daily responsibilities include consulting with new and existing customers to analyze their administrative processes, translating these needs into structured user stories and technical specifications, and supporting the onboarding process. You will also handle 2nd-level support by reproducing errors and coordinating with developers to find solutions. This role is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset who enjoys both technical problem-solving and client interaction.
