Job Summary
As an ERP Project Manager for Umweltbetrieb Bremen, you will lead the critical 'NAV2SAP' migration project, transitioning the organization's ERP system from Microsoft Navision to SAP, followed by a migration to SAP HANA. Reporting directly to the executive management, you will oversee 10 sub-projects and manage project staff and external IT consultants. Your daily responsibilities involve project controlling, change management, stakeholder communication, and training coordination. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Master's or Diploma) in Business Administration with a focus on IT or Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in leading projects and project management
- Proven experience in managing IT-related projects
- Experience in the public sector is preferred
- Experience in leading project teams and managing external IT service providers
- Professional experience with SAP and/or Microsoft Navision systems
