Job Summary

As an IT Service Engineer in Berlin, you will serve as a critical point of contact for technical support, providing 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting via phone and on-site. Your daily responsibilities include managing and documenting incidents within a ticketing system, resolving login issues, and supporting Citrix Workspace environments. You will be responsible for user administration in Active Directory and the installation of conference room technology, including laptops, projectors, and Cisco WebEx video conferencing systems. Additionally, you will handle local hardware repairs and office hardware relocations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys a mix of remote software support and physical hardware maintenance. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training (Ausbildung) in a relevant IT field.

Experience

  • Approximately 3 years of professional experience in IT service or technical support
  • Proven experience in user administration within Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange environments
  • Practical experience in troubleshooting hardware and peripheral devices
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining conference room technology and video conferencing tools
