Job Summary
This role involves the conceptual and strategic development of the city's central Statistical Information System within the Office for Statistics and Urban Research in Wiesbaden. As part of Germany's first Smart City Department, the successful candidate will manage thematic datasets, define quality standards, and perform standardized data evaluations. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating complex scientific reports for political committees and the public, as well as managing internal and external data communication via dashboards. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in statistical analysis and forecasting methods
- Experience in using statistical software, specifically Python or R
- Experience in writing scientific or technical texts and reports
- Proven experience in preparing complex analysis results for diverse target groups including political stakeholders
