Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the technical integrity of concrete production at the Neuendorf plant for Germany's largest provider of precast elements. As a Concrete Technologist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day independent execution of factory production controls (WPK) and the continuous monitoring and optimization of concrete recipes. You will serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for third-party monitoring regarding concrete and steel divisions, while actively managing product standards and developing robust monitoring systems.
