Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or University Diploma in Economics, Administrative Sciences, or a related field (e.g., MPA, MPM, MBA); or qualification as a Civil Servant in the non-technical administrative service (Grade A 14 BBesO).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in project management, IT infrastructure, or IT architecture management
  • Professional experience in leading teams and promoting diversity and gender equality
  • Professional experience in conceptualizing and implementing digitization projects
  • Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is preferred
  • Experience working within a state or federal authority is preferred
