Job Summary
As an IT Administrative Officer at the Bremen Office for Pensions and Inclusion (AVIB), you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of public services. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the technical control center for 'Digitalization Services,' specifically focusing on electronic file systems (E-Akte). You will support the scanning center, participate in IT projects to introduce new specialized procedures, and contribute to the implementation of the Online Access Act (OZG) and Register Modernization Act (RegMoG). This role serves as a vital bridge between the office and external digitalization service providers. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or eligibility for the first entry level of career group 2 in General Services (Laufbahnbefähigung), or an equivalent professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in comparable IT environments is required for candidates without a specific degree
- Experience in the implementation and support of electronic file systems (E-Akte) is preferred
- Proven experience in IT project management and coordination
- Demonstrated experience in independent, service-oriented, and team-based work environments
