As a Vibration Measurement Technician at Jass Group's Rudolstadt facility, you will play a critical role in the maintenance of high-performance paper production machinery. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve condition monitoring through vibration measurements on paper machines and associated components, followed by the diagnostic evaluation of data to identify potential failures before they occur. You will work independently to derive necessary preventive maintenance measures in coordination with the work preparation team and help refine internal analysis processes. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician (Instrumentation and Control/Industrial Engineering), Mechatronics Technician, or a similar technical qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance environments
- Experience in handling measurement systems and sensor technology
- Professional experience with rotating machinery including motors, pumps, and gearboxes
- Experience using analysis software for vibration or thermography data
