Job Summary

As a Manager for M&A Integration focused on Tech and Processes, you will play a pivotal role in building a scalable, fully integrated corporate group. Working directly with the Tech C-Level, you will be responsible for the operational integration of newly acquired companies into the group's IT and process landscape. Your daily tasks involve analyzing existing systems, harmonizing data, and implementing group-wide standards for ERP, CRM, and DMS systems. This role is highly hands-on, requiring you to act as a bridge between the holding company and subsidiaries, often providing on-site support to ensure smooth transitions. This position is unique because it offers direct exposure to senior leadership without intermediate layers, allowing for significant impact on value creation. You will not just manage processes but actively build a digital sourcing platform, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a growth-oriented, 'build-not-administer' environment.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable qualification with an IT/process focus.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in IT, process management, or post-merger integration
  • Experience in software implementation, consulting, or PMO environments
  • Practical experience working with ERP, CRM, or DMS systems
  • Proven track record in analyzing and standardizing business and trade processes
  • Experience in training teams and enabling users on new digital tools
