Job Summary
As an IT Project Manager, you will lead the holistic planning, control, and successful delivery of software projects within the intralogistics sector. Your daily responsibilities involve coordinating diverse stakeholders, including general contractors, customers, internal development teams, and external service providers, while ensuring projects remain within time, budget, and quality constraints. You will be responsible for creating regular forecasts, managing KPIs, and identifying project risks early to implement mitigation strategies. A significant part of the role includes conducting commercial negotiations for change requests and refining project methodologies through systematic lessons learned. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT project management, preferably in intralogistics, industry, automation, or complex software environments
- Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams and managing external vendors and service providers
- Extensive experience in commercial negotiations and contract implementation for project changes
- Professional experience using classical and hybrid project management methods
