Job Summary
As a Team Lead Development, you will bridge the gap between technical coding and personnel leadership within a growing group focused on environmental and sustainability software. You will be responsible for a specific software product, leading a small team of developers while remaining actively involved in the development process. Your daily tasks include developing new features, optimizing existing components, and evolving REST APIs and mobile integrations. You will work closely with product management to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure high code quality through reviews and unit testing. A unique aspect of this role is the focus on identifying and implementing AI-supported tools for coding, testing, and documentation. Required Skills
Education
