Job Summary
As an IT Coordinator for the Federal Railway Assets (BEV) in Munich, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical support and maintenance of the regional IT infrastructure. Your daily tasks include installing and managing workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, as well as providing first and second-level support for network issues. You will serve as a key point of contact for users, offering guidance and training on hardware and software systems. Education

Experience
- Professional experience as a civil servant in the middle technical service (A 6 to A 8) or as a qualified IT specialist for system integration
- Experience in installing and maintaining IT hardware and network components
- Proven experience in user support and helpdesk operations
- Experience with Microsoft server and client environments
- Experience in managing IT licenses and system landscapes
