Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at Kermi Duschdesign GmbH, a market leader in shower enclosures, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal users facing technical challenges. Your daily responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level support, managing the full lifecycle of client hardware and software—from procurement and installation to final delivery—and overseeing user permissions via Active Directory and print/file servers. You will also play a key role in IT infrastructure projects and maintaining technical documentation. - Experience in user permission management and server administration
