As an IT System Administrator at daVinci computersysteme, you will serve as the primary technical contact for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Nuremberg metropolitan area. Your daily responsibilities involve managing hybrid Windows Server environments, utilizing Hyper-V virtualization, and overseeing network security through firewall administration. You will handle service requests via a web-based ticketing system and maintain systems through remote monitoring and management tools. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of conceptual work, implementation, and hardware repair. The position offers high stability with a permanent contract in a growing team of IT experts. Required Skills
Education
Relevant vocational training or further education in the IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or equivalent).
Experience
- Professional experience in the administration of Windows server networks
- Proven experience in installing and configuring Windows operating systems
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 environments
- Practical experience in computer hardware repair and maintenance
- Experience working with web-based ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools

- Valid driver's license (Class B) is required for client visits. Must be willing to participate in multi-day training sessions involving overnight stays. High level of reliability and ability to work independently are essential.
