As an IT Systems Administrator at the Thuringian State Office of Finance in Erfurt, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of complex specialized tax software within the KONSENS application framework. Your daily activities will include designing, testing, and documenting the necessary infrastructure, performing error analysis, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will act as a bridge between the support chain and software manufacturers (3rd-level support) to ensure seamless operations. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science or a related field; OR a completed vocational training in IT; OR several years of verifiable relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in administration and operation of specialized IT procedures and their environments
- Experience in using Git for version control
- Proven experience in infrastructure setup, testing, and documentation
- Several years of relevant professional experience if no formal degree is held
- Experience in coordinating with external manufacturers and stakeholders
