This role involves the technical management and supervision of municipal buildings and facilities for the City of Lohmar, including schools, daycares, and administrative offices. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical facility management or technical building equipment (TGA) is preferred
  • Experience in coordinating, controlling, and monitoring maintenance and repair measures
  • Experience in supervising and accepting construction and renovation projects
  • Experience in managing external specialist companies and service providers
