Job Summary
This role involves the technical management and supervision of municipal buildings and facilities for the City of Lohmar, including schools, daycares, and administrative offices. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repair measures, supervising construction and renovation projects, and ensuring compliance with legal safety regulations (DIN, VDE, VDI). You will act as a key point of contact for building users and external service providers while maintaining technical documentation and contributing to energy efficiency goals. Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfte/r Techniker/in) in Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Sanitary Technology, Heating Technology, Air Conditioning Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical facility management or technical building equipment (TGA) is preferred
- Experience in coordinating, controlling, and monitoring maintenance and repair measures
- Experience in supervising and accepting construction and renovation projects
- Experience in managing external specialist companies and service providers

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position is available as full-time or part-time. Willingness to learn CAFM software is expected.
