Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive planning and management of electrical systems (KG 440) and communication, security, and information technology systems (KG 450) across all HOAI service phases (1-9). As a Project Manager or Engineer, you will lead sustainable planning efforts from initial concept through to execution design for diverse projects including hospitals, commercial buildings, airports, and residential complexes. Your day-to-day will consist of coordinating with clients and architects, preparing tender documents, and providing on-site construction supervision. The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy developing energy-efficient, state-of-the-art technical solutions. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master / Bachelor), Master Electrician (Elektrotechnikermeister), or State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering planning and project management
- Experience in coordinating with clients, architects, and external project stakeholders
- Practical experience in the electrical trade is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in creating procurement and tender documentation
