Job Summary

This critical role at the District of Upper Palatinate in Regensburg involves overseeing data protection compliance with a specialized focus on social data secrecy. As the designated Data Protection Officer, you will ensure the legal processing of sensitive personal information, minimize risks, and build trust among citizens and employees. Your daily responsibilities include auditing administrative procedures, advising social welfare departments on legal boundaries, and updating data protection concepts. Additionally, you will serve as the independent Whistleblower Protection Officer, managing the internal reporting office. Required Skills

Education

  • Professional experience in translating complex legal requirements into administrative processes

  • Experience in maintaining records of processing activities (VVT)
