As a Technical Facility Manager, you will serve as a central representative for a major residential landlord in the Kyffhäuserkreis region, specifically overseeing properties in Sondershausen and Ebeleben. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as the owner's representative for maintenance, renovation, and new construction projects. You will coordinate closely with specialist planners, contractors, and tenants to ensure technical measures are implemented efficiently. Key tasks include preparing and awarding contracts, evaluating bids and invoices, and conducting regular site inspections to assess structural conditions. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys balancing technical expertise with commercial management. Required Skills
Education
Degree or technical vocational training in Construction, Supply Engineering, Facility Management, or a qualification as a Certified Real Estate Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in supervising construction, maintenance, or renovation projects.
- Experience in coordinating with specialist planners, craftsmen, and tenants.
- Practical experience in evaluating technical offers and invoices.
- Experience in structural engineering or technical trades (HVAC, Electrical) is preferred.

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and Thuringian building law is desirable. Role requires presence in Sondershausen and Ebeleben regions for property inspections.
