Job Summary
As a Data Management and Controlling Specialist at BKK-Landesverband NORDWEST, you will play a pivotal role in supporting 14 health insurance funds by managing and evolving complex relational database solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve programming within the Microsoft Office environment and conducting deep-dive analytics for outpatient care, including doctors, dentists, and pharmacies. You will utilize advanced BI tools like Cognos and Qlik Sense to create financial models, risk reports, and official health insurance statistics. This position is highly collaborative, requiring you to advise member funds on data analytics and present findings at industry events. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Master's, Diploma, or equivalent) in Computer Science, Economics with a focus on Controlling and IT, or a comparable qualification through professional experience.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience in computer science, programming within Microsoft Office products, and data analysis
- Proven experience in database management and managing complex relational data structures
- Professional experience in financial controlling or risk management, preferably within the German healthcare sector (GKV)
- Experience with Qlik Sense or similar BI tools is highly desirable
- Experience in creating and presenting complex analytical reports to stakeholders
