Job Summary

This role involves independently testing immunological reagents for in-vitro diagnostics, specifically using ELISA, RIA, and luminescence technologies, while adhering to strict internal and external quality standards like ISO, GMP, and FDA. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting, preparing, and communicating measurement results, as well as independently assessing measurement approaches for intermediate and final products. They will also contribute to the further development of products and applications. The ideal candidate will possess a completed vocational training as a biology laboratory technician, CTA, BTA, or equivalent, coupled with experience in production or test development and proficiency in ELISA technology. Strong analytical thinking, precise and independent work, and excellent organizational skills are essential for this position within a dynamic, international company offering a high degree of self-responsibility.
