Job Summary

In this role, you will join the communication technology team in the Special Installations department, focusing on the construction, installation, and maintenance of radio sites and network components. Your daily responsibilities involve setting up radio gateways (such as LoRaWAN and LTE-450) and supporting infrastructure on rooftops and radio masts. You will also be responsible for on-site troubleshooting, equipment replacement, and the planning and installation of network cabling at non-standardized locations. This position is ideal for those who enjoy field work and are comfortable working at heights. The role offers a flexible 37.5-hour work week with the possibility of remote work for administrative tasks, based in Vienna near the Gasometer. It is a unique opportunity to work on critical infrastructure projects for a major municipal utility provider.
