Job Summary
As a Project Engineer for Electrical Engineering, you will lead and execute investment projects from the initial concept phase through to final commissioning. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning automation projects, optimizing production facilities, and integrating advanced control systems such as PLC and HMI. Beyond technical execution, you will play a strategic role in investment planning, identifying innovations in Industry 4.0, and standardizing technical processes to enhance efficiency and sustainability. You will act as a central coordinator, managing external service providers and collaborating with internal departments like Production and IT to ensure projects meet strict quality, cost, and time targets. Required Skills
Education
University degree (minimum 4 years) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a Project Engineer is desirable.
- Professional experience in planning and implementing investment projects in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
- Experience in leading and coordinating automation projects within production and manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in managing external service providers and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
- Experience in budget planning and economic efficiency evaluations.
