Job Summary

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the technical planning and execution of customer orders within the specialized machinery sector. Your daily responsibilities include developing and programming PLC control systems (specifically Siemens TIA Portal) and creating comprehensive circuit diagrams using EPLAN P8. You will be responsible for the commissioning of pneumatic presses and electrical control systems both domestically and internationally. A significant part of the role involves ensuring compliance with European safety standards, including the Machinery Directive and Low Voltage Directive. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering, or a certified Technician qualification in the field of Electrical Engineering.

Experience

Several years of professional experience in electrical design, specifically within tooling, mechanical engineering, or special-purpose machinery construction
Proven experience in programming and developing PLC control systems
Practical experience in commissioning electrical and pneumatic systems domestically and abroad
Extensive experience in creating technical documentation and electrical schematics
