Job Summary
The Regional Team Lead oversees the Straubing and Deggendorf offices of the Bavarian Farmers' Association, acting as a pivotal link between the organization and approximately 135,000 members. You will be responsible for the disciplinary and functional leadership of the local team, focusing on employee development and motivation. Day-to-day, you will manage the business operations of the district associations, organize committee meetings and events, and collaborate closely with honorary representatives and service providers. This role is ideal for a communicative leader who enjoys decision-making and is passionate about shaping the future of agriculture. Required Skills
Education
Master or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, or a Master/Technician qualification in Agriculture/Farming.
Experience
- Professional experience in agriculture or rural development
- Previous leadership experience is desirable but not mandatory if leadership potential is demonstrated
- Experience in organizing events and managing committee meetings
- Experience in consulting or association work is preferred
