Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in extrusion systems, where you will be responsible for the technical clarification and implementation of customer orders in electrical engineering and automation. Day-to-day, you will independently develop and maintain PLC programs and documentation according to IEC 61131, specifically utilizing B&R Automation Studio. You will also create visualizations, work with object-oriented programming (OOP), and ensure compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Beyond development, you will commission machinery at the plant and provide technical training and support to assembly and service teams. The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of technical design and hands-on commissioning, including occasional travel for customer site support. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering; alternatively, a certified Technician qualification with relevant professional experience.

Experience
