This role involves leading and organizing shifts within the electrical engineering department for a prominent confectionery manufacturer in Berlin. You will be responsible for personnel planning, overseeing maintenance for production machinery and building technology, and managing external service providers. A key part of the position includes planning and implementing automation projects to optimize manufacturing and packaging processes, including process visualization and industrial image processing for quality assurance. You will also manage electrical networks and technical software systems.
