Job Summary
As a Waste Management Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring environmental compliance for specialized waste disposal companies. Operating under the Waste Management Facilities Ordinance (EfbV) and the Circular Economy Act (KrWG), you will conduct comprehensive audits of operational organizations, permits, manuals, and personnel qualifications. Your daily tasks involve documenting audit results, communicating findings to clients and authorities, and actively developing the company's client portfolio. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of field-based inspections and administrative documentation. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field of study; alternatively, a Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as an environmental auditor, in waste management, or environmental management
- Professional experience in a specialized waste management facility (if applying with a Master Craftsman qualification)
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating operational organizations, permits, and insurance coverage
- Experience in documenting and communicating technical audit results to authorities
