Job Summary
As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of automation solutions, from the initial creation of control programs and visualizations to the final commissioning of technical systems. Your daily tasks involve selecting and designing measurement, control, and regulation (MSR) components, as well as providing technical support and participating in on-call service rotations. You will also play a key role in project planning and the preparation of quotes. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of technical programming and hands-on site work. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, further training as a state-certified technician, or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in PLC programming using Siemens TIA Portal and Step7
- Experience in developing visualization systems with WinCC and WinCC flexible
- Practical experience in the commissioning and testing of technical plants
- Experience in the selection and design of automation and MSR components
- Experience in PC and network technology
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel for occasional domestic and international assignments; participation in a rotating on-call service schedule required.
