Job Summary

This role involves leading and executing process development within complex technology projects at FERCHAU. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of a Research and Development (R&D) team, working across various disciplines to engineer innovative technical solutions. You will play a critical role in project management by defining measures to achieve objectives, creating and updating schedules, managing costs, and overseeing capacity planning for development tasks. Additionally, you will conduct development reviews and report on project status. This position is ideal for someone with a background in Physics or Material Sciences who enjoys both the technical and coordination aspects of engineering.
