Job Summary
As a Process Specialist in the pharmaceutical sector, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical availability and trouble-free functionality of production equipment. Your day-to-day activities will include monitoring technical facilities, performing preventive data analysis to evaluate performance, and implementing necessary technical measures. You will also manage requirements within established Change Control workflows and lead or support process improvement projects specific to the production area. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in pharmaceutical engineering or industrial technology who enjoy working with complex, modern biopharmaceutical processing systems. The position offers a high degree of autonomy and the chance to contribute to sustainable developments for well-known clients in the life sciences industry, supported by a team-oriented environment that encourages professional growth and the implementation of your own ideas.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in the pharmaceutical field, ideally as a Pharmaceutical Engineer or Technical Industrial Master (Industriemeister)
Experience
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with technical equipment in a GMP environment
- Experience working with complex and modern systems for the production or processing of biopharmaceutical products
- Experience in technical data evaluation and report generation
- Experience in implementing measures within Change Control processes

Additional
- Must be able to work independently and structured; position involves working with biopharmaceutical production facilities.
