Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Specialist at FERCHAU, you will serve as the central point of contact for incoming service requests, incident reports, and change requests. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing first-level support via telephone and email to resolve both software and hardware issues. You will be responsible for the qualification, prioritization, classification, and documentation of tickets within a dedicated system, ensuring all actions align with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Beyond technical troubleshooting, you will act as a vital communication link between end-users and specialized support teams. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT Service Desk or First Level Support roles
  • Practical experience in handling and documenting technical incidents and change requests
  • Demonstrated experience working with current Microsoft software products and hardware components
  • Experience in customer-facing communication and service-oriented problem solving
