As an Electrical Development Engineer, you will play a central role in designing and dimensioning electrical systems and complex wiring solutions for energy management applications. Your daily responsibilities include the conceptual design and construction of electrotechnical assemblies, the creation of technical manufacturing documentation, and the execution of simulation-based analyses—covering thermal, electrical, and EMC parameters. You will guide components through the entire product lifecycle, from initial prototyping to full-scale series production and system integration. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in developing technical concepts, circuit diagrams, and system architectures
  • Practical experience in the design and construction of cable harnesses or electrical systems is preferred
  • Experience in conducting simulation-based analyses (thermal, electrical, or EMC)
  • Experience managing the development lifecycle from prototype to series production
