Job Summary

As a Service Technician or Lead Telecommunications Fitter at HEIN Netzwerktechnik GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing digital communication systems for corporate and public clients, particularly within the healthcare sector. Your daily responsibilities involve coordinating and executing the migration of cable networks from legacy systems like ISDN to modern VoIP solutions. Working closely with project managers and system technicians, you will lead a dedicated team on-site to ensure technical questions are resolved and installations are completed on schedule. This role is highly practical, involving the analysis of telecommunications cabling, performing patching and routing work, and conducting functional testing. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training such as Information Electronics Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

Professional experience in the field of telecommunications
Experience in construction or project management functions is preferred
Experience working within technical environments of hospitals or critical infrastructure
Proven track record in structured building cabling and LSA technology
Experience in team organization and deployment planning
