Job Summary

This role involves the independent installation, programming, and commissioning of comprehensive security systems, including fire alarms, intrusion detection, and access control. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of security technology—from initial assembly to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting. You will perform critical measurement and testing tasks according to industry standards (DIN VDE, EN 54) and maintain detailed technical documentation. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing on-site instructions and remote support. This position is particularly attractive due to the provision of a company car for private use, modern equipment (iPhone/iPad), and a stable, permanent contract within a company boasting 60 years of expertise. It offers a strong balance of technical challenge and customer interaction within a supportive team of 500 colleagues.
