Job Summary

As a Payroll Specialist, you will take full responsibility for the independent preparation and execution of monthly payroll for approximately 3,333 employees across multiple locations using DATEV software. Your daily routine involves ensuring the accurate and timely processing of wages, salaries, expenses, and company benefits while maintaining all necessary employee documentation. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding wage tax and social security law, managing all reporting and certification requirements. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with the HR department to ensure compliance and data integrity. Required Skills

Education
