Job Summary
As a Recruiter for the Marzahn-Hellersdorf District Office in Berlin, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the local public administration's workforce. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from strategic personnel planning and organizational participation to the legal and administrative steering of hiring procedures. You will be responsible for applicant management, employer branding activities, and personnel marketing. This role is unique as it combines administrative rigor with creative outreach, occasionally requiring weekend participation in public relations events. Candidates must possess a strong background in public administration or HR management. Required Skills
Education

Experience
