Job Summary
As the Technical HVAC Manager at GASCADE's newly built headquarters in Kassel, you will take full technical responsibility for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Your day-to-day involves ensuring the safe and reliable operation of these systems by coordinating with external service providers, monitoring technical quality, and managing maintenance schedules. You will play a pivotal role in implementing and operating the CAFM maintenance module and building control technology. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys technical documentation, reporting, and contract management. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister), State-Certified Technician, or a University Degree in Supply Engineering, Building Technology, or TGA (Technical Building Equipment).
Experience
- Extensive professional experience (typically at least 10 years) in technical facility management or plant operation
- Proven experience in controlling technical service providers with a focus on HVAC
- Experience in the setup or reorganization of CAFM systems
- Professional experience in technical evaluation and structured documentation
