As a Working Student in the Product team, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience through data-driven personalization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting the development and optimization of recommendation use cases, such as product suggestions and customer behavior analysis. You will work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to extract and prepare data from BigQuery, assist in A/B testing, and monitor performance metrics like CTR and conversion rates. This role is ideal for a Master's student who is passionate about retail technology and eager to apply analytical thinking to real-world e-commerce challenges. You will contribute to the documentation and design of personalization logic while gaining hands-on experience in a large-scale international retail environment.
