Job Summary

As a Senior Pharmacometrics Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing drug development within the oncology sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and maintaining Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) platform models for diverse oncological mechanisms, including ADCs, CAR-T, and bispecific antibodies. You will build virtual populations to simulate patient heterogeneity, aiding in the optimization of clinical study designs and dosage regimens. A key part of the role involves implementing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning methods to enhance Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD). Working within the interdisciplinary PMx Oncology Group, you will translate complex data into actionable insights for treatment schedules and combination therapies.
