Job Summary
In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between business departments and technical development teams, driving the evolution of IT processes and Microsoft 365 environments. On a day-to-day basis, you will administer IT tools, provide expert consultation on M365 applications (including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform), and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks. You will also manage first- and second-level support for specialized applications and identify system optimization potentials. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist / Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
Experience

- Demonstrated experience in requirement analysis and technical implementation
- Practical experience in providing first- and second-level support for IT applications
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint and Teams
