As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance across 1st and 2nd level support tiers. Your daily activities will revolve around client management within the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically focusing on Office 365 and Microsoft 365 environments. You will handle the full lifecycle of support tickets—from initial analysis and troubleshooting of Microsoft Server and Client operating systems to final resolution and documentation. Working within a User Helpdesk framework, you will ensure that incidents and service requests are managed efficiently using professional ticketing systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent professional experience for career changers.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Support (First and Second Level), customer support, or telephone support/User Helpdesk
- Practical experience in handling and documenting tasks within ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
- Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft-based server and client environments
- Proven ability to manage incidents and service requests under pressure
