Job Summary
As a Test and Measurement Technician in the High Power Electromagnetics (HPEM) sector, you will play a critical role in developing both civilian and military protection and impact systems. Your daily responsibilities involve conducting complex measurement series within high-frequency and high-voltage laboratories. You will be tasked with preparing and advancing experimental setups and test benches, while actively supporting the evaluation and documentation of measurement results. Beyond testing, you will ensure operational reliability through the maintenance and calibration of sensitive measuring equipment. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys collaborating with research teams to optimize advanced technological systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician with further qualification as a State-Certified Electrical Engineering Technician or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a laboratory environment
- Practical experience in setting up and conducting measurement series
- Experience in high-voltage or high-frequency technical environments
- Proven track record in maintaining and calibrating measurement equipment
Languages
Additional
- The role requires a hands-on, practice-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively within a team. Good German language skills (level B2+) are a mandatory prerequisite for this project.
