Job Summary

As a Process Development Technician, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between design and production within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing necessary materials and equipment, conducting precise measurements of disposable development samples using physical and optical instruments, and testing raw materials. You will be responsible for the mechatronic maintenance, setup, and operation of specialized machinery, while actively working to optimize manufacturing processes. A significant portion of the role involves meticulous documentation, where you will create test plans and reports, analyze data using statistical methods, and present findings to relevant committees. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician or Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA); further qualification as a Mechanical Engineering Technician, Electrical Engineering Technician, or Chemical Technician is preferred.

Experience

  • Professional experience in laboratory environments or working directly with industrial plant systems
  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of specialized machinery (Sondermaschinen)
  • Proven experience in handling technical documentation and conducting basic statistical evaluations
  • Experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and reporting experimental results
