Job Summary
As a Process Information Systems Developer at FERCHAU Rosenheim, you will be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous development of the OsiSoft / AVEVA PI process information system. Your daily activities will involve close collaboration with IT, production, and technical departments to ensure seamless data flow and system performance. You will play a key role in migrating the development environment to Azure DevOps and developing new applications to optimize industrial processes. Beyond technical implementation, you will provide essential documentation and training for end-users. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the administration and support of OsiSoft / AVEVA PI systems
- Proven experience in software development using C# and other languages like Python or C++
- Experience with visualization technologies such as WinForms, WPF, or Blazor
- Practical knowledge of database systems and data pipeline architecture
- Experience working with development tools including Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and GIT repositories

- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel to Königstein (Saxony) is required.
