In this role, you will provide essential support to the HR team in daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth personnel administration and coordination. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining and managing personnel files and master data, assisting with applicant management by coordinating interviews and handling correspondence, and preparing critical documents such as employment contracts, certificates, and reports. You will act as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties, organizing administrative workflows with a high degree of structure and discretion. This position is ideal for candidates with a commercial background and initial experience in human resources who enjoy a dynamic work environment. The role is offered as a full-time, permanent position through a temporary staffing arrangement (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung), providing a secure and competitive salary. Required Skills
Education
