Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer in Cottbus, you will play a vital role in network planning and technical analysis. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve performing short-circuit and load flow calculations using PowerFactory software, conducting grid connection assessments for renewable energy plants (EEG), and verifying protection setting values. You will also be responsible for determining the most economically viable grid connection points and identifying necessary network expansions. Beyond technical calculations, you will utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for plan drafting and provide expert technical support to both internal departments and external customers.
