Job Summary

This role involves providing essential first-level support to users, addressing both software and hardware issues. Key responsibilities include installing and verifying updates for servers and computers, managing servers (specifically VMware) and backup solutions (Veeam), and overseeing shop floor data collection (BDE) and time & attendance (PZE) devices. The administrator will also ensure the network infrastructure is fully functional, implement cybersecurity measures according to FBG guidelines, and introduce new systems as per company directives. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or computer science, possess 2-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration, and demonstrate strong technical knowledge in Microsoft environments, server management, and networking. Good English language skills are also required, along with an independent, solution-oriented, and highly communicative work ethic.
