Job Summary

As the Head of Finance, Accounting and Controlling, you will take on a strategic leadership role responsible for the financial steering of a large non-profit social organization. Your day-to-day work involves developing financial strategies, managing economic, investment, and liquidity planning, and ensuring proper accounting practices in accordance with German commercial law (HGB). You will lead an interdisciplinary team, overseeing financial accounting and controlling while modernizing reporting structures.
